Our Vision

Vision statement

Our vision is to contribute to a future in which individuals and families experiencing poverty or financial hardship have access to appropriate opportunities to learn, develop practical skills, and work towards sustainable livelihoods.

We believe that education, training and responsible support can contribute to long-term independence when they are relevant to people's circumstances and supported by appropriate resources.

The role of education

Learning is one of the most durable things a person can carry with them. For children, staying in school keeps doors open; for adults, training can open new ones.

Reviewing progress and learning

We aspire to pursue this vision through activities that remain consistent with the charity's registered objectives and actual capacity, and to review honestly what works.
